Jibbitz

‘Jibbit’ is the branded name for Croc Charms, decorations popped into the holes in shoes. Over 35 designs were created and produced, with thousands to be distributed across the state.

Multiple rounds of sketching were conducted to ensure the client was satisfied in the tonal direction. Constantly, I walked the line between authentic and childish, ensuring I didn't stray too far either direction.

In addition to designing the charms themselves, I also created a sales catalogue and order form that my client could distribute to customers in order to begin sales.

When we received the first shipment of charms from our supplier, there were distinct differences from the original design. Production and molding errors had to be fixed through clear communication and creative briefs. Once approved, thousands would be produced and shipped across Alaska.

In the span of a single season, over 10,000 units have been sold.
